Tom McKinney

Mr. McKinney has more than 20 years of experience with organizations including: the Great Lakes Environmental Research Lab in Ann Arbor, MI; the NOAA Hazardous Materials Response Branch in Seattle, WA; the Institute for Environmental Studies, the Louisiana Emergency Response Commission, and Environmental Training Services, Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA; International Technology Corporation in Cerritos, CA; Radian Corporation in Research Triangle Park, NC; and the North Carolina (DENR) and Louisiana (DEQ) state environmental agencies.

Mr. McKinney received a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Michigan in 1982.
