Sally McKinney

In addition to raising three college-age sons, Ms. McKinney has more than 10 years of experience with organizations including: NTH Consultants in Lansing, MI; U.S. EPA in Dallas, TX; and North Carolina's state environmental agency (DENR).

Ms. McKinney received an M.S. in Environmental Engineering and a B.S. in Engineering Arts from Michigan State University.
